Birds Need Playlists

Our usual response when people moan at us because they’re not hearing the songs they want to hear is to tell them to fuck off home and listen to a CD instead. Which is why we did not last two minutes in hospital radio. However, some people are more open to suggestion than we are.

Like the fabulous folk at Birds Need Trees, for example. They’re seeking ear-pleasing suggestions for forthcoming nights:

"Want to hear your top-rated tunes at Birds Need Trees? Stick a 10-track playlist on the Facebook group wall... We'll pick a couple of the best and play them. We'll also let you in free and even give you a beer."

Which, viewers, sounds reasonable enough to us. Be sure to get your must-hears registered before the next BNT, which is on Saturday 2nd August.
